Evangelion Character Design Contest

Gainax is holding a character design contest through January 20th for a new character in an upcoming cell phone game. The character will be in the same class as Shinji, Asuka, Rei and the others, and will be along the same lines as characters like Mana Kirishima and Megumi Yamagishi.
I don’t know specifics, whether it’s open to people outside Japan or not, but apparently submissions are made by mail, so if you can mail it to the adress under the proper criteria, then why not?
