Something interesting that was brought to my attention, a blurb from the May issue of Wizard entitled “Dreamin Neon”.
“A brand new comic book series based on the wildly popular Neon Genesis Evangelion franchise? In your dreams-Dreamwave, that is. The publisher is rumored to be working on a deal with ADV to produce the first-ever Evangelion comics in the U.S.”

After a period of limbo, I have returned to working on Eva Monkey, despite my disappointment at not being able to hold a panel at Otakon. I set up a forum which hopefully won’t get neglected.

Finished typing up “A Place For Asuka In The Heart”. Did some work on the section on angels.

Added “In Defense of Asuka” and “Of the end of the end” to the written statements section. Everything has been converted into PHP, and it works amazingly well. Also began working on the Books section, though it is quite meager at the moment. Added Manga Vol. 7 to the Manga Guide.

Added a guestbook of sorts to the chat section, will probably change Chat to “Chat / Guestbook” or “Interact”. Continuing to update and convert the site into PHP. Its not quite done, but all things considered, the site is more “complete”, and functional now than it was before I started fiddling with PHP.

Added a reply to NewType Magazine by the CEO of Manga Entertainment to the Written Statements Section. Beginning to convert site into PHP, but its a bit buggy…

Returned from Katsucon, the panel went well, and I’m about to do a considerable amount of work on the site.

First of all, Eva Monkey is now live on EvaMonkey.com, and is up and running on its shiny new server. Second, my copy of “2015: The last year of Ryohji Kaji” has arrived. I had it shipped to my home address, so I will have to wait till I go home to write up a section for it. I can’t wait to get my grubby little hands on it. And finally, Katsucon has not gotten back to me about when or where my Evangelion panel will be, all I know is that I have it.
